Absolutely! The day before your wedding, you’ll have a wedding rehearsal with your Wedding Coordinator to go over each detail of the wedding timeline. This rehearsal will be scheduled a month prior to your wedding. 

We also offer rehearsal dinner packages right here on site. 

We allow beer, wine, and seltzers, however, we do not allow liquor.

Getting ready on property is an easy and stress-free option for the morning of your wedding. We have the Main House available for the morning of your wedding. Downstairs we have a bridal sweet perfect for doing hair and makeup etc. Upstairs, we have our "Man Cave" for the groom and groomsmen to hang out and get ready as well.

Saratoga Springs is an outdoor venue, so this is a natural question! All booked events will be held, rain or shine!

In the case of a light shower, you may choose to slightly delay the start of your ceremony until the rain subsides. For persistent rain, we will move your ceremony under the tent, with the tent walls up, or possibly into Scarlett Hall if needed as well.

Absolutely! We love seeing your fur babies participate in your special day.

One month before your big day, you will have a design meeting with our Director. At this meeting, you will go over all your design requests and browse through our décor inventory choosing which items you would like. You may also bring in photos for inspiration at this time as well. 

Depending on the time of year, our weddings typically start at either 4 pm or 5 pm. Morning and early afternoon times are available upon request. 

All events end no later than 10 pm. We do offer overtime packages to extend your reception if needed.
