BEFORE THE WEDDING:

Wedding Director: includes day of wedding, rehearsal at our facility, and a 1 planning session and 4-5 weeks prior to wedding day

FOR THE CEREMONY:

Arrival time for Bridal Party up to 4 hours prior to the Ceremony
Dressing Areas in the home, available for the Gentlemen and the Ladies
Light Hors d’ oeuvres & drinks for the Bridal Party and Immediate Family

Ceremony Site in a Garden Setting
White, Wooden Chairs ( includes set-up/clean-up)
Gift Table
Guest Register Stand, Unity Candle Stand, Kneeling Bench, Wooden Cross
Day of director
Horse & Carriage for Bride’s arrival & departure of Bride & Groom: Cinderella or Vis-a’vis

FOR THE FOUR HOUR RECEPTION:

Round Tables and Gold Chivari Ballroom Chairs (*Includes set up and clean up)
Indoor Banquet Hall and adjacent Terrace
40 x 60 Frame Tent on a concrete foundation, sidewalls available if needed with cathedral windows
Draping for the exterior tent poles; including matching tie backs
Table Linens  
Assorted Centerpieces and Décor 
Designated dance area
Two Indoor Restroom Facilities
Serpentine Buffet Table
Cake Table & Cake/Cupcake Stands
Drink Station(s), Patio & Bar Area
Large Easel for Portrait

Flat-screen TV for Photo Slideshow that you provide

Event Designer to decorate for your event ~1 planning session per couple, 4 -5 weeks prior

The Southern Fairytale Package is our standard package, however, we would love to help plan your wedding to fit your needs. We also offer weekday packages (Monday-Thursday), as well as a Rehearsal Dinner Only package. 

Off-Season packages, such as, birthdays, anniversaries, Corporate parties etc. are available upon request.
